Official seal of Naples, FloridaImage via WikipediaAs I sit huddled around my heater on a cold grey Oregon winter day, I like to dream of living in the always hot and sunny state of Florida.  I do not have the option or willpower to pack up my bags and move to the sunshine state, but if you do take a look at one of the "hotter" places to live in Florida at the moment.

Although Florida real estate has seen their ups and downs, one of the towns on the turnaround seems to be the Naples real estate market. According to a report from Collier officials, the housing market in the Naples area, housing market conditions seem to have made large improvements from 2010 and houses are being built in the surrounding areas to accompany the expected increase of house buyers.

If you are actually thinking about moving and are considering Naples, browse through some Naples homes for sale, and see what you can find!
