North Carolina Beach Real Estate

Oyster Harbour: Located just on the outskirts of Holden Beach, this peaceful community has access to one of the many rivers that cut into the North Carolina beachfront.  Although it isn't quite considered beach real estate, the residents here have access to the Ocean, and are extremely close to the town of Holden Beach and what it has to offer. Oyster Harbour real estate is certainly one of the nicer areas if you are looking to move into the Holden Beach area.  If you are considering moving to the Oyster Harbour area, I would also recommend looking into Outer Banks real estate.  The area is quite similar to Oyster Harbour and has access to many of the same benefits the Holden Beach area has to offer.

Caswell Beach: Facing almost directly south towards the Atlantic Ocean, this town is all about its beach.  Located only two minutes of the larger Southport, this area has many great shops, a nearby airport, and several great golf courses including the Oak Island Golf Club and the Founders Club.  Caswell Beach real estate can be on the pricey end, but you get what you pay for.  If you are looking for something in the area that may be a bit more affordable and still has all the great attractions offered by Caswell Beach adnd Southport, I would look at St James Plantation real estate, located just a few miles to the north.
