Using a contact base you already have, send messages out regarding a referral promotion.  If they bring a friend to an open house whatever real estate promotional event you have, they get a gift card or something.  This takes a few minutes to do, and gives you the opportunity to pay for whatever you think the price of a new lead is.

Many home seekers are looking through listings sites to find niche homes.  By displaying your listings on mobile friendly websites, you can insure you have a tech-friendly reputation.

When using mobile marketing, it is important to be wary of your recipient's privacy.  Your goal is to establish trust and not to spam your lead prospects.  There are plenty of well respected mobile marketing companies that work across many different industries.  There are also real estate mobile marketing companies that specialize specifically in the real estate industry.

    Mobile marketing is a great approach because it will not take long for the business owners to get some leads for their new brands. Well, I also have been thinking to use the instagram and facebook ads Los Angeles services and I am sure that the results will be super quick for me.
